This is a bit late but Sid over at the Cowabunga Bay Construction Blog posted some awesome new photos of the final few days of construction going on over in Draper. The park is really coming together and the splash bucket looks insane! Can’t wait to see this thing in action before I leave for my new home in Texas.

The Cowabunga Bay Construction Blog has posted some great information and photos from a recent construction tour they took. I drove by today (yeah I forgot my camera) and the park was looking awesome. The giant bucket has been mounted at the top of the play structure and more supports have gone up since their photos.

First Slides Up at Cowabunga Bay

A few new photos of Cowabunga Bay construction have been uploaded to the Cowabunga Bay Construction Blog. Most notable is that one of the body slides, MONDO, has taken to the sky. It’s looking good, I plan to take some of my own pictures in the next week or so.

Shane posted a bunch of new photos of Cowabunga Bay construction to the Theme Park Review. They got a new shipment with a bunch of huge pipes and it looks like this thing will really come together soon (as long as the insance amount of snow they’ve gotten in the past week doesn’t stop them).

Our friends over at the Cowabunga Bay Construction Blog have posted some new pictures of Cowabunga Bay construction. The second play structure has started to take shape but construction has slowed due to weather in Salt Lake City. Stay tune for some more updates.

A few new Cowabunga Bay Construction photos have been posted over @ Theme Park Review. More slides and structure have been pieced together and I can imagine once the slab is down the structure will go up pretty quickly.

I took a drive over to the construction site of the new Cowabunga Bay waterpark located in Draper, UT. They have a ton of slides and tubes sprawled accross the construction site and I wouldn’t be surprised if vertical construction started in the next few weeks. They seemed to have 2 large water tanks on a flatbed coming in too. See the rest of the pictures below.
