During a forum this week, Gurnee mayor candidates discussed Six Flags financial difficulty pertaining to their local park, Six Flags Great America, which generates over $2 million in tax revenue for the city each year.

Buccaneer Battle Construction Update

A construction update has been posted to the official Six Flags Great America Buccaneer Battle Construction site.  The station’s walls are now up, but looks like they have awhile to go before the park opens in April.
